We follow a procedure for shipping all our products:

Shipping within India:

• All our products go through quality control before shipping.
• No Cash on delivery is available, we accept only pre-paid orders (As each piece is Made to Order)
• If a Bank transfer or Cash Deposit is the only mode of payment you're comfortable with, please whatsapp us. We'll sort that out at ‪+91 88908 59112‬
• We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders.
• We process your order in 3 - 4 business days.
• We ship only 6 days of the week, Sundays are off.
• On public holidays we snooze, no order processing on these days.
• The order will be delivered to you in 15 - 20 business days (As statement piece is made to order).
• Kindly note: In some cases, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. As many of our pieces are made-to-order and crafted by our in-house manufacturing team, we request you to let us know in advance if you need your order urgently. We’ll do our best to prioritize it.

International Shipping:

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

• We process international orders after 48 hours of placing the order, to make sure we have received the payment via PayPal.
• The order might take 10-25 days to reach you.

Return Policy:

All Mira Vale pieces are made to order and crafted with care as bold, statement designs. Due to the intricate nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your order details are correct before purchasing.
