All Mira Vale pieces are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned. Please double-check your details before checkout.
We strive to display all products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Slight variations in color, polish, or structure may occur, as each piece is individually crafted using German silver with rhodium polish.
All prices are listed in INR or international based on your country. Final prices are shown at checkout, including shipping charges. Accepted payment methods include major cards, UPI, and net banking. International payments are processed via PayPal.
Orders within India are shipped within 10–15 business days.
International orders may take 10–25 business days, depending on location.
Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. courier delays, holidays, etc.) are not the responsibility of Mira Vale.
Customs duties, VAT, and taxes for international orders are payable by the customer.
Due to the made-to-order and statement nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
